Cooking together usually begins with an idea from the team of professionals, discussion of the menu and a bit of tasting. Then it's "aprons on" (each of the participants can take his or her apron home, as a keepsake) - and the fun can begin. And the Grand Finale - as enjoyable as the cooking - is the meal itself, eaten together, and accompanied by a variety of suitable drinks selected by the professionals.
